Cancellation policy

As we assist you to attain your health and fitness goals, we also understand that from time to time “Life Happens”.
However, as Athletic Base operates its staff on a scheduled appointment basis, when rescheduling an appointment, we require you to provide MORE than 24 hour notice.
Management is willing to consider individual cases, however if cancellation of a session is LESS than 24 hours of the scheduled time, payment of the full fee for that training session will apply.

We understand circumstances change and you may need to pause or cancel your training membership with Athletic Base.
Pausing/Adjusting Your Membership:
We just ask for at least 7 days notice.
Please email the team at: info@athleticbase.com.au with the dates you require your membership to be suspended for/adjusted from.
Failure to do so will result in your membership not being paused/adjusted.
Cancelling Your Membership:
To cancel your membership please email the team at: info@athleticbase.com.au with 14 days notice from when you wish to cancel your membership.
Your membership will then be cancelled 14 days after your email is received.
