Cancellation policy

 
  • As we assist you to attain your health and fitness goals, we also understand that from time to time “Life Happens”.

    However, as Athletic Base operates its staff on a scheduled appointment basis, when rescheduling an appointment, we require you to provide MORE than 24 hour notice.

    Management is willing to consider individual cases, however if cancellation of a session is LESS than 24 hours of the scheduled time, payment of the full fee for that training session will apply.

  • We understand circumstances change and you may need to pause or cancel your training membership with Athletic Base.

    Pausing/Adjusting Your Membership:

    We just ask for at least 7 days notice.

    Please email the team at: info@athleticbase.com.au with the dates you require your membership to be suspended for/adjusted from.

    Failure to do so will result in your membership not being paused/adjusted.

    Cancelling Your Membership:

    To cancel your membership please email the team at: info@athleticbase.com.au with 14 days notice from when you wish to cancel your membership.

    Your membership will then be cancelled 14 days after your email is received.
