4 Week Training Programming
Access Athletic Base’s scientific-based training program through our state of the art app. Here you will be able to track and monitor your training to ensure you’re getting stronger and faster each week.Access to our Group or Open Gym sessions
Whether you enjoy training with like-minded individuals who push you to your limit or if you are familiar with independent training and prefer to train on your own, Athletic Base has you covered.Weekly Body Scans

Receive nutritional support and guidance to help you achieve your training goals whether it is performance or physique based. We firmly believe in a whole food, well-rounded diet so forget the chicken and broccoli myth and get ready to learn how to effectively fuel your body for training.1:1 Private Consultations
You will receive 1:1 Private Consultations throughout the 4 weeks with one of our coaches that is designed around your nutrition to ensure your body is performing the best it can.Personalised Training and Check Ins Available

It’s time to put your training to the test! You will receive free entry to our very first Athletic Base “ATHLETICS DAY” which will be held on the final Saturday of the Challenge (27 November). The Athletics Day is where you will get to see how much stronger and faster you are in a fun filled day, as your compete in teams against your fellow challengers. Who will leave with the trophy?

How Much Is The 2022 Kickstarter?
It is a one-off payment of $59 for current members and $99 for non-members to register .
Non-Members can then choose how many sessions they would like to attend each week through the Base Memberships options listed HERE.
What Is The Group Timetable?

I’ve Never Trained Before, Can I Still Sign Up?
Yes! This challenge is suitable for both the full beginner right up to our expert gym junkies.
Will I Be Able To Do All Of The Workouts?
Yes! We have regressions and progressions for every exercise. As long as you are willing to learn and challenge yourself each session, no matter your fitness level, you will be able to do all of our sessions.
How Do I Track My Workouts?
You will receive access to the Athletic Base programming via an app on your phone where you can easily record and track each session to ensure you are progressing each week.
When Do I Have My First Check In?
This will be done in your first session when the challenge starts.
What Payment Method Is Used?
Athletic Base uses PayPal for all payments. If you don’t have a PayPal account it is very easy to set up and if you need any assistance or have any questions regarding your payments please ask!
Your membership payments will be automatically deducted each week over the 4 Weeks and you have the choice to continue with your training or adjust your membership.
I Have A Pre-Existing Injury, Can I Still Do The Challenge?
Please send our team a message to let us know your injury to allow our coaches to assist in adjusting your programming.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Athletic Base does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Do I Have To Do The Same Session Times Every Week?
We highly recommend organising a training schedule that you can follow and attend every week, however we understand work may change weekly, so you can book your sessions each week online through our website! Just note that we do cap our sessions so if you forget to book in advance, spots may be full.
What Happens If I Miss Or Can’t Make A Session?
If you know you won’t be able to make a session, we just ask for at least 12 hours notice so we can reschedule you into another session and allow someone to take your spot in that session.
If you miss a session (e.g slept in/forgot) unfortunately that session is charged as we have included your booking into our capped session numbers.
What Happens After The Kickstarter?
Once the challenge ends, it is up to you whether you continue with your training at Athletic Base as there are no lock in contracts.
But why stop now you’re in routine? Keep your training and results going, this is only the start!
