Whether you’re looking to get started on your running journey or sign up for your first race, it all starts here. Athletic Base have developed a 9-Week Running Program to help you enjoy running and achieve your goal, no matter your running experience.

Choose Your Level:

3km - Beginner: The 3km is a fun distance and perfect to start with. If the thought of running more than 1km feels a little daunting, but still appealing this level program is the perfect way to improve confidence in your running.

5km - Intermediate: This level program will help you you improve your 5km time and your endurance for longer runs. This Intermediate level is suited to someone who runs occasionally and is comfortable running 3-5km distances.

10km - Advanced: Comfortable running 10km? Would like to push your conditioning and increase the volume? Maybe you’re interested in competing? This level program is for you! This Advanced program will help you build speed and stamina.

The Run. Program is completely customisable to your running experience and flexible to your needs. It will not only help you achieve your running goals, but also show you that you can become the runner you’ve always wanted to be when you compare back to your Week 1 times.

Remember, you only get out what you put into this.

Do I Have To Train At Athletic Base To Do The Program?
No - this program can be done anywhere, at anytime!

I Am Not A Runner But Want To Become One, Is This For Me?
Yes! We have 3 different running levels to suit a full beginner right up to seasonal runners.

How Do I Record My Runs?
We recommend downloading Strava or a similar app that will track your runs and provide you with breakdown stats to reflect upon. You will then copy this data over into your fillable Run Program.

What Payment Method Is Used?
Purchase of the Run Program is a one-off payment of $19.95 taken through PayPal. Once payment is processed, you will be directed to a downloadable link. Please also keep an eye on your junk/spam folder as you will also receive the downloadable link in your emails.

I Have A Pre-Existing Injury, Can I Still Do The Program?
If you have any concerns or questions please send our team a message to allow our coaches to assist.

Do You Offer Refunds?
Athletic Base does not offer refunds for change of mind.

What Happens After The Program?
Once you have worked through the 9 week, you can work through the program again or advance to the next level (e.g. beginner to intermediate), you will have the confidence, skill and knowledge to be able to do so!
